Your Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Source, screen, and connect top talent with leading companies.
- Build a robust candidate pipeline using innovative sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial screenings to match candidates to job roles effectively.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to close critical positions.
- Act as a brand ambassador of Resource Infinite to both candidates and clients.
Who are we Looking For:
- Fresh Graduates & experienced personnel (Tech degree preferred) with a keen interest in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
