Week 1 - Introduction to HR Functions & Building A Recruitment Strategy

We start with the basics and give you an insight to Human Relations and the different HR verticals employed in organisations. An introduction to Talent Acquisition and Recruitment will also be covered.

A further streamline in recruitment strategies that will equip you with the key steps that help in recruiting the right candidate for the right role. You will also learn the various methods to source and employ candidates.

Week 2 - Candidate Screening, Sourcing & Selection

A detailed process of learning how to review applications and choosing the right candidates from them. Gain access to our 3-point evaluation strategy which stands out as our USP and makes us one of the leading recruiting firms in India.

Week 3 - Salary Break-Up

A week that will teach you a skill that will stay with you for life, for any path you choose. This week you will be taught how to conduct salary negotiations, understand the concept of CTC (cost to company), how to calculate it and also how to close a deal.

Week 4 - Hiring Ethics & Practical Application

Learn the principles and guidelines that ensure fairness and transparency of recruitment. Head to the office and apply the previous weeks’ teachings. Conduct your very own recruiting calls while being trained and guided by professionals.

Week 1-3:

3 classes per week x 2 hours per class. Access given to office space and welcomed to shadow a recruiter and train with them on-site for as long as you want and on any other day of the week.

Week 4:

Practical application of previous weeks’ teachings. You will be guided and trained by professionals to conduct your own recruiting calls in an office space.
