Job Title: Product Manager – MSME  LAP Secured 

Location: New Delhi

Product Manager is responsible for developing, enhancing & managing the digital lending platform and product based programs for the MSME business in line with the requirements of market, partners and other sources of leads including direct sourcing along with ownership of the profitability of the products.

With a diversified portfolio spanning Corporate Lending (RE/Non-RE), Consumer Finance (Digital Lending), Affordable Housing, and Alternate Investment Funds, they are at the forefront of innovation in financial services.

This role is with their Digital Lending entity, focusing on MSME-secured products like Loan Against Property (LAP). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building and managing cutting-edge products tailored to the needs of MSMEs.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to define and drive the roadmap for MSME-secured products like LAP, EPM loans, and more. You will lead product ideation, development, and lifecycle management, ensuring compliance, P&L ownership, and customer-focused innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance product features, workflows, and user journeys.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners for seamless integrations and onboarding.
• Track product performance, analyze data, and implement improvements.
• Conduct market research, competition analysis, and explore growth opportunities.

• Experienced in managing digital and physical products in the lending/fintech space.
• Passionate about building impactful products for MSMEs.

Skill Required:

§ 5 to 10 years of experience in digital lending product management for MSME – secured loans with a

Bank/NBFC/Lending tech organization

§ <Other soft skills/competencies>

o Good analytical skills

o Good oral/written communication and interpersonal skills

o Expert at using Microsoft Office – MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

o Good knowledge of collaborative design tools

Education Required:

§ Minimum Qualification required: MBA from a Premier Educational Institution (Indian/Global)

§ Technical/Engineering/Science undergraduate degree from a Premier Educational Institution (Indian/Global)
