The Head of Engineering will be responsible for leading the engineering team to develop, implement, and maintain robust technology solutions that support our Lending operations. This role involves overseeing all aspects of engineering, including product development, IT infrastructure, and technology strategy. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with deep experience in financial technology and a strong understanding of the Lending domain.

Technical Skills:

o In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations.
Education:
o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
