Our client is a Software product Company headquartered in Bangalore,
India. Our client's product is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform. It is a retail intelligence platform. It is not built on 3rd-party retail platforms, but rather developed in-house as a proprietary solution. It is offered to brands as a cloud-based subscription platform that can be customized and integrated with client systems like ERPs or CRM tools. It specializes in digitizing and optimizing sales and distribution processes for consumer goods companies, particularly in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Serving over 600 brands across many countries, this Saas platform provides tools to enhance supply chain efficiency, sales force productivity, and market visibility.
We are hiring for a role to be based in Dubai.

Roles and Responsibilities:
● Handling end-to-end implementation of a leading SaaS/cloud-based supply chain automation product for the FMCG industry.
● Understanding of software architecture and configuration of the product to match customer requirements.
● Working with Master data, assisting with service requests, and troubleshooting problems with data.
● Client Interaction- Handle clients and communicate client’s requirements to internal teams.
● Coordinate with respective stakeholders and provide technical assistance to clients within SLA.
● Helping customers generate reports and offering thorough expertise to customers on the product and its usage.
● Document the client’s requirements and get a sign-off.
● Quality check of deliverables and conduct UAT with the client and get sign-off.
● Ensure the user’s adoption post-go-live and share a regular update with the client.
Requirements :
● Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal), strong documentation skills
● Computer and mobile-savvy with moderate knowledge of MS Excel.
● Understanding of the FMCG business model.
● Willingness and eagerness to work in a high-pressure fast-growing start-up environment
● Experience in SaaS Product Onboarding and support will be an added advantage.
