Preparation of monthly Projects MIS highlighting current sales trends, project profitability & probable future scenarios of cash flows.
Analyzing prevailing per sq ft rates across various geographies vis-a-vis declared company prices and recommending corrections when needed.
Feasibility Analysis for new opportunities
Interaction with bankers in support of CFO with reference to project funding (short term & long term).
Tracking current sales in relation to revenue recognition.
Recommending timeline for release of specific projects for Escrow regulations basis current status of payments (to vendors), construction and collections (from customers)
Interaction with remote teams for ensuring monthly financial closure
Financial & process due diligence for Initial Public Offer (IPO) & General Depositary Receipts (GDR) issue on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
Need based analysis on the commission payouts and scenario building for new incentive policies
Candidate should have the following skill set:

- Excellent excel and presentation skills
- Ability for number crunching
No of years of work experience: 4-6 yrs post qualification
Preferable qualification: CA, ICWA, MBA (Finance)
