Job Description
Support AX-BPC integration process; maintain the BPC mapping files and the hierarchical structures that ensure accurate BPC reporting.
Key Accountabilities· Create, manage & control the AX BPC mapping file and the hierarchical structures that ensure accurate BPC reporting, covering the following areas -
a) P&L, BS and BS Flows
b) Headcount
c) Client reporting
d) BPC age reporting
e) Inter-company reporting
f) New Business reporting
· Maintain thorough understanding of the process and documentation of the procedures required for seamless AX-BPC integration.
· Co-ordinate with BPC admin team in maintenance of mapping/ conversion file.
· Collaborating with Data Migration team and ensuring minimum required dimensions data for seamless AX integration with BPC.
· Continuous improvement around the area of AX-BPC integration & implement best practice into processes.
· Help meet KPI’s, targets and SLA’s as needed to ensure Reporting Centre of Excellence provides high level of service, f ollowing the service delivery model.
· Actively engage and maintain relationship with the Line Manager, Functional Report Development Team, Global Process Team, Business Analyst, BPC Admin team, etc.
Skill Required
Experience and Personal Attributes
· 3 – 5 years of industry experience.
· A strong understanding of ERP system, Financial System integration & reporting tools.
· Strong understanding of financial metrics and technical skills, required to create and maintain seamless data integration.
· Experience of working within an Operational finance, BPO environment.
· Ability to work to challenging deadlines in a demanding fast paced environment.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Education Required
B.Com/M.Com/MBA/CA – Inter/ICWA
