  • The need to affiliate latest eminent technological development in the business affair, generally known as SMAC or social, mobile, analytical cloud.

The situation this year however remains the same like 2013. Sources from Korn/Ferry International have added that many of the business enterprises have reconstructed the system by evaluating new opportunities for the people.

Most of the MNCs follow a global change of strategy that aim at using SMAC and optimize the cost.  Many of these companies have made high investments in integral centers in India. This provoked them to invest further and persuade others to do the same as well because of the quality innovation taking place here.

Venkat Shastry, a partner in Heidrick & Struggles, expresses the following quotation that shows the present situation of the IT and Non –IT companies in the Indian Market:

Though India is typically associated with IT, non-IT companies like GE, Honeywell, Harman, HSBC, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, ANZ, Schneider, ABB, Siemens and Bosch have all been major investors in Indian engineering and R&D. Global IT companies like Accenture, CSC (Computer Sciences Corporation) and Capgemini are also pushing them to use India as a change driver.
